Kids are so literal.....

Talking to my son is so funny, he takes everything so literal. I told him I am going to beat the black off him, he say, but I am brown you have to beat the brown off me. If you are watching a fight and say he kicked his butt he is ready to argue that the person did not get kicked in the butt and he know this because he watched it. Lol. so this morning we was talking and I told him to hurry up because I was going to be late for work and if I am late I am going to get fired. I asked him do he want me to get fired and he said in a whiny voice, I don't want you to get fired it might hurt and you going to jump around and say ouch! really though kid lol.... He take his lunch to school (sometimes) On the days he don't take it to school if you ask him did he eat his lunch he say no, but if you say did you eat school luch he say yes. Then of course the question comes well I thought you said you didn't eat, his reponse is I ate school luch but I didn't bring my lunch today in my luch box box lol. When you converse with the kid you litrally have to have a litral conversation. Its hard work lol.
